History
Willex USA Cargo Incorporated was incorporated in June of 1998. Working for its sister company Willex Movers Incorporated in the San Francisco Bay Area, Winston J. Navarro decided to start an offshoot company in the Pacific Northwest.
Having visited Seattle prior to the company's inception, he concluded that the Emerald City would be a suitable market to cultivate and develop a company that is a cut above its competition.

1) Make Willex-USA the number one cargo service provider wherever Filipinos live outside the country of their ancestry.
